Well normally when we travel we would have had more restaurants that we reviewed. This trip was totally different. Guess who got a stomach virus the first night in Vegas! This girl! Yes, I waited to go on vacation to have to be best-friends with the porcelain throne. I was able to manage enough energy to dine out one place before I just called it quits for the entire vacation.
We had no place in mind for brunch when we started strolling the strip. We came across a sign on the matradee desk that said $9.99 Breakfast 2 eggs, 2 silver dollar pancakes, choice of bacon or sausage and a side of potatoes. Well that sounds like a Grand Slam to me! Being the thrifty diva that I am, I needed no more convincing. We walked into the lower level of the beautiful Palazzo Hotel where we were greeted and seated instantly. This restaurant was beautiful, but it is attached to the Palazzo Hotel so what would we expect right?? We had the choice of inside or patio dining. We chose inside, it was still early so there was a morning chill in the air.
The waiter greeted us and took our order promptly. I made a quick trip to the restroom before our meal came. (issues remember) The bathroom was selfie approved!! Just gorge! Only two stalls which I thought was small for such a large restaurant but they were both empty when I walked in so no worries.
Our food came shortly after placing our order. Let's just say this was no Denny's Grand Slam! The silver dollar pancakes were more like saucer size, real bacon and real potatoes! Everything was perfect. No complaints! All for 9.99! Well I added cheese and onion to my potatoes so they charged me an extra 1.30.
I normally have pictures of my food but I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. This has not been my week. Something fabulous must be about to happen soon!
At the end of our meal we asked the waiter to take our pic. He agreed and then told us to check out the exotic car collection downstairs for more pics! We walked down the stairs to the fierce car collection. I am not a car fanatic but I could tell this was someone's dream room. The only car I recognized without asking questions was the Ferrari. The workers encouraged us to take as many pics as we pleased! So umm, we did! Winning!

This little cave was also down there. |
Absolutely loved my experience at the Dal Toro Ristorante.
